Entry Terms

• Competitors can only enter Seniors/Juniors or Transitional divisions.
• Competitors cannot enter both divisions.
• Only one division per competitor, plus (optional) D Fin.
• All divisions have limited numbers, so be in early.
• Payment must accompany entry
• No Refunds.

I agree to release the Alexandra Headland Malibu Club Inc, organizers, officials and all affiliated groups, relative Councils of the area, all sponsors and any other parties from any liability, loss and damage (of what so ever nature and how ever so arising) incurred whilst traveling to and from, or participating in or being present at the above clubs competitions and events. I understand that all judges, officials and organizers' decisions are final and NO correspondence will be entered into. I agree to allow the use of any moving or still pictures of me for the purposes of promotion of the club and its events.

It is also noted that all credit card and processing fees for entries are non refundable.

I agree to release the SignOns software creator and its contributors for any liability, loss and damage from the use of this software.

I agree I have read and understood the terms of entry. I acknowledge that once paid my entry will only be refunded if the spot can be refilled. Any refund will be less a processing fee.
